Why I don't see result?

Exercise is acting as a positive stresser. Putting new and demand of intensity progressively, the body in order to cope with it and so as adapted. It is the way to get fitter and stronger. If the body is not received enough stress or it does too little demand during training. As a result, the adaptation will be slow or none.
