Sorry everyone, I had been brought in my laziness into my recovering period last few months.
Allied Professional's order. Take it easy and try not over train.
"OK Than,I tried not to eat too much ice cream and watch more TV programs, It is too easy!!"
My recovering was doing well. Nigel looking after me perfectly well. He did most of the housework which was the best thing. If you follow my Instagram and/or facebook page you will see my first exercise training back in August 2017, Also I was called back to work in Curtin gym by end of July 2017.
In November last year, I finally had my last MRI scan for post surgery. Also , I had the result by end of November.We were waiting for the result in the hospital patiently on that day.
SCARED? SURE YES
WORRIED? OH YES
WHAT WERE YOU THINKING AT THAT MOMENT? WHO KNOWS!!
I was called in finally, Nigel came with me. My surgeon was there, my life saver!!!Amazing one!!Also other surgeons, nurses and consultants were fantastic too. We were told it was healing very well and I can go back to exercise training, Hooray!
SET THE CLOCK TIME TO TRAIN
Look at myself in Jan 2018, I got back to somewhat intensity training. Strength Endurance was my choice.
I was short of breath during the session. (around 60 mins), I was feeling down sometime by realized, I was not as strong and fit as before,
But, I will get back there. Nothing is impossible.
I did 60kg DeadLifting now.
